If you have already shipped your ECU: please don’t call for tracking. We typically ship it back in 3 business days after the day of receipt, weekends do not count. Plan accordingly before your next event! Poor planning on your part, doesn’t necessisate urgency on our part!
We don’t recommend FEDEX. We don’t take responsibility for damaged or lost boxes. In case of lost boxes, we will make best effort to find it if it was noted that it was delivered to our address.
We ship UPS. We don’t send you a tracking number. You need to register online on UPS.com with your contact information. UPS will notify you shipment upon your shipping address.
