Important Shipping Instructions

• Purchase service online.

• It’s your responsibility to ship the ECU to us, at your expense. Return shipping from us to you is included with purchase price.

• Typically, the most cost effective way of shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail. Buy insurance for at least $300.

• Write your email address and your order number on the ECU.

• It’s your responsibility to track your shipment to us. You need to allow us minimum 3 business day for processing, (usually much less) excluding weekends, before contacting us about the status of your order.

  (Yes, I have a life too!)

• Due to staffing limitations, we do not provide a return tracking number. If you sign up with UPS, you will automatically be notified of tracking and delivery status as soon as we create a shipping label. If you include your email address on your ECU, we will do our best effort to have UPS notify you.

• Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

• You can email us to request after hour appointments.

• Because of our volume, we respond to text messages as time permits. It’s better if you call us during business hours.
